Rose Helen Pellegrino, 94, of Mercer, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2020 at Quality Life Services – Mercer. Rose was born in New Castle on January 1, 1926 to the late James and Kitty (Cotton) McKee. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Home of Stoneboro and Sandy Lake.
