Clinton E. Barnes

Clinton E. Barnes, 65 of Stoneboro, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022 at UPMC Shadyside. Clinton was born in Grove City on May 18, 1957 to the late Clinton C. and Lillian (Kope) Barnes.

Clinton proudly served his Country in the Unites States Navy – Vietnam Era.

He is survived by his daughters; Angela Barnes of Washington and Mackenzie Mosley of Sharpsville, sister Darlene Jones and husband Martin of Sandy Lake, and brother Terry Barnes of Sandy Lake, and dear friends Becky Burrows of Grove City and Tom Miller of Sandy Lake.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; William & Timothy Barnes, and one sister; Susann Zahniser.  

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. Stoneboro & Sandy Lake.

A memorial service for Clinton will be announced at a later date.

I have known of Clinton from grade school on, but never knew him well. Even so, I feel saddened at his loss. He was always friendly and humble and there is something comforting about seeing a familiar face in your hometown throughout the years. He will be missed.

Mac , my message got cut off about when ur Dad lived here on Beech st. I wanted you to know just how saddened my heart is for & your family! Your Dad did a really great job keeping our place looking so nice & cleaned up! He was a good a ole boy kind of guy who would do anything for anyone !!

Mac, I hope u don't mind me calling u Mac but that's what ur Dad referred u to when we first met. I live @ apt building on 55 Beech st. Where ur Dad lived long before me I don't know if U remember me but my name is Shawn Andrews I live in apt # 2 my living room wall is in front apt 3 & I used to enjoy the laughter
