Stephen Adamski Obituary

Stephen Patrick Adamski, 56 of Worth Twp, Jackson Center, passed away on May 14, 2020 at his home. Steve was born in Northampton, Massachusets on August 14, 1963 to the late Eugene Adamski and Patricia Molloy, she survives.  Steve worked as an Air Traffic Controller at Washington Air Route Traffic Control Center in Leesburg, VA. He loved his career and enjoyed working and staying busy. He enjoyed driving and working on MG cars, building things and doing work on his property, helping his wife tend to their horses, and traveling with his wife. He also enjoyed being a foster parent with his wife.  Steve was a member of the Abba Christian Center in Slippery Rock.  Steve was a loving and devoted husband and a strong man of faith, he will be missed dearly by his family.  Steve married his beloved wife, Simone Young on April 14, 2010, she survives at home.  In addition to his wife and mother, Steve is survived by his daughter, Melissa Nikle and husband Sam of St. Paul, MN, Daniel Adamski of Charlotte, NC, step-children; Brandin Phillips of Woodland Park, CO, and Lindsey Phillips of Hedgesville, WV, grandson; Michael Nikle, and brothers; Daniel and Gary Adamski.  He was preceded in death by his father.  Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Home of Sandy Lake, 3236 S. Main Street, where family and friends are welcome from 1 pm - 3 pm on Saturday, June 27, 2020 for a Celebration of Life Gathering. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Steve’s name can be sent to the Abba Christian Center, 525 Mercer Road, Slippery Rock PA 16057.
