Samuel Haylett Obituary

Baby Samuel Tucker Haylett, New Lebanon Borough, Sandy Lake, PA, passed away at 8:54 PM, Thursday, October 11, 2018 at UPMC Horizon, Farrell. He was born to Jeremy and Felicia Haylett. He is survived by Mom and Dad, brothers Keyton, Eli, and Zackary, all at home, maternal grandparents Thalena (Jacob) Strauser of Virginia and Russell (Cathy) VanBenthuysen of Alabama, paternal grandparents Bonnie (John) Gourley, New Lebanon, and Lee Haylett, New Lebanon, maternal great-grandparents Doris and Joseph VanBenthuysen, Tommy Conway, and Jerry Daugette, all of Texas, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother William Austin Haylett, and an aunt, Amy Haylett. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake.
