Jesse Hardesty Obituary

Jesse J. Hardesty, 37 of Sharpsville, passed away unexpectedly on October 1, 2019 at UPMC Horizon Shenango Valley. Jesse was born in Grove City on June 10, 1982 to Daniel Hardesty and E. Lynn Becker. He was a graduate of Grove City High School. Jesse proudly served his Country in the United States Marine Corp, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Jesse worked at SCI Mercer as a guard for many years. He enjoyed going to the firing range, and was a gun and knife enthusiast. He enjoyed spending time with his dog Murphy and his family, especially his son. Jesse is survived by his father, Daniel Hardesty and fiancée Shelley Davis of Franklin, and mother E. Lynn Becker of Stoneboro, his son Dominic Hardesty, companion Jessica Bergin of Sharpsville, and brother Jack Hardesty and wife Kelly of Jackson Center. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake. A Memorial Service will take place at 6:00 pm at the Stoneboro United Methodist Church, 32 Lake Street, on Saturday, October 12, 2019, with the Pastor Janet Pratt, officiating.
