Jenetta S. "Netty" Adams, 68 of Oil City, passed away on December 25, 2020 at UPMC Northwest. Netty was born in Sharon on May 28, 1952 to the late Glenn and Pearl (Armstrong) Adams. She attended Franklin High School and Venango County Vo-Tech. Netty is survived by her brothers Thomas Adams and wife Peg of Oil City, and Lester Adams of Franklin. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, George Adams, and nephew Aaron Adams. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake.
