Ellinda A. (Bradford) Blews

Ellinda A. (Bradford) Blews, 94 of Stoneboro, passed away the morning of November 2, 2018 at UPMC Horizon in Farrell. Ellinda was born in Aliquippa, PA on March 24, 1924 to the late Burton and Birdie Bradford. She worked for many years at Polk Center as a Resident Assistant as well as in the cafeteria of Lakeview High School. She also worked as a homemaker for her husband and children. Ellinda was married to her beloved husband, James L. Blews, he preceded her in death in 1989. Ellinda loved to garden and to read. For many years of her life she attended Sandy Lake Wesleyan Church. She loved her family dearly and helped raise three generations, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Ellinda is survived by her three children, Linda Filippone, James Blews, and Kimberly Kaltenbaugh, four grandchildren, Frank Filippone, Nicole Silvis, Malissa Russell, and Justin Russell, fourteen great-grandchildren, Marcus Urey, Xavier & Olivia Gumpp, Makayla, Hope, & Bradley Filippone, Willie Silvis, Brandon, Austin, Sammy, JJ, Brianna, & Briella Russell, and Julie Espinoza. Ellinda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake.
