Carissa R. Polick

Carissa R. Polick, 30 of Jackson Center, passed away on September 18, 2021. Carissa was born in Grove City on September 26, 1990 to Jeffrey and Jeanette (McCurdy) Polick. She was a 2009 graduate of Lakeview High School. She worked as a Retail Manager for many stores at the Grove City Outlets and traveled to and worked at many different stores across the nation. Carissa enjoyed her work and the destinations it took her to. She always enjoyed spending time with her family, especially spoiling her nieces and nephews, and spending time with her significant other. Carissa is survived by her parents, Jeffrey and Jeanette Polick, sisters Jonna (Ryan) Hazlett, and Alex (Clayton) Miller, all of Jackson Center, nieces and nephews Easton, Oaklynn, Adleigh, Kensley, Emmreigh, and Maleah, significant other Corey Casey of Boardman, OH, maternal grandparents John and Deb McCurdy of Jackson Center, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Carissa was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Dave and Jane Polick. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral home & Crematory, Inc. 99 Franklin Street, Stoneboro, where family and friends are welcome from 4 pm – 7 pm on Friday, September 24.
